Our event space is a modern and versatile venue that can host a variety of events such as weddings, music events, corporate events, and private parties. A visit is a must to appreciate the craftsmanship of the interior 3500 sq ft event space. The venue has been deemed a Class A-3 (commercial) event center and is located on 21 acres of rolling property.
White Chapel Farm and Venue offers various amenities. The grand ballroom event space has 3500+/- sq ft of open space with vaulted ceilings. The chapel offers a nice space for the bridal suite with a full kitchen, coffee bar, queen size bed and full bathroom with a walk in shower. The upstairs private grooms quarters includes a half bath, lounging area with television, refrigerator and balcony access overlooking the ballroom event space. Tables and chairs for seating for up to 200 guests plus the bridal party. Custom handmade beaded chandeliers along with candle lit lanterns for ambient lighting. Sound system throughout the entire building and outside with adjustable zone settings to balance music nicely. Prep kitchen with an open bar and rear serving window to accommodate the patio. Mobile island and carts for serving food and drinks. Outdoor patio space of 2500 sq ft for additional seating, games or dancing lit with softly lit string lighting and surrounding solar lighting. Level grassy courtyard for ceremony set up option with your choice of the chapel, the barn doors or the grassy hillside and blue sky as a backdrop with a stamped concrete sidewalk connecting the two buildings. There is also a vast amount of open areas on the 21 acre property for setting up for the ceremony and we now offer a wooded ceremony set up. We also have a playground for the kids.
Two ADA compliant restrooms along with parking and easy accessibility into the venue. Contact list available to local Air BNB and hotels, vendors, catering, bakers, photographers and more.
We provide you tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. That will be 25 of our 60" round tables and 8 of the chiavari chairs at each table. The tables and chairs for the bridal party will be set up accordingly. We will only set up as many as needed according to the amount of guests expected, extras will be stored close by and only brought out if needed. We also have a wooden sweetheart table for the bride and groom.
At this time, we have (26) round 60" tables that seat up to eight, (8) eight ft long tables , (4) six ft long tables and (6) four ft long tables. We also have 200 white cushioned chairs for the ceremony. Our wooded ceremony area has wooden benches that can seat up to 120. Any extra seating will need to be provided by the renter.
During our 30 day meeting, we ask that you have a table plan so that we can set those up prior to the event. Linens (white or ivory are available) will be placed on the tables once they are in place. If extra tables are needed, you may bring your own or bring rentals.
The answer is not exactly no but, it is a house. The chapel is now officially the bridal suite. Inside you will find a full kitchen, coffee bar, gas fireplace, queen size bed and a full bathroom with a walk in shower, washer and dryer. We offer the option to rent for the night before the event or the night following the event.
We do offer several options for ceremony locations throughout the property.
We have acquired several items that can be used for your event. Items such as card boxes, honeymoon fund box, lanterns, easels, greenery and floral items, cake stands, etc.
We will be happy to share our items with you and only ask that they be returned to avoid deductions from the deposit. Most of our items are labeled with our logo.
Not yet but, we recently purchased an ice machine and are hoping to have it in place soon! We will keep you updated on our progress.
Yes, beer and wine are allowed in our event space. However, we require a licensed bartender, caterer or a temporary license and designated server to serve alcohol (mixed drinks) and require that you and your guests follow all state and local laws. We will discuss and agree on the type and amount prior to the event and will not allow for more to be bought and brought in once the event begins. When it runs out, the bar closes!! ABSOLUTELY NO shots or straight liquor. If it is found to be on the premises (other than what is being served by the tender) it will be removed or the person in possession of such will be asked to leave the property. No other outside sources will be allowed. What you will be serving will be the only alcohol allowed. If there is found to be underage drinking, the alcohol will be shut down immediately and law enforcement will be notified.
Definitely! We want everyone to arrive home safely. It is ultimately the responsibility of the renter, guests, etc. to be sure to find those in need a safe ride home. We ask that the vehicle please be picked up the following day by at least 10 am.
Yes, there is ample parking available at White Chapel Farm and Venue. We are currently working on plans to extend our parking area. Please remember to notify us of any persons that may need special access so that we can be sure to get them as close as possible. We ask that clients and guests please be respectful of the parking areas. We will attempt to be available to park your guests in a safe and efficient manner.
We keep an area groomed in the upper field close to the woods setting for parking as well.
Most cancellations prior to the scheduled date are non-refundable. Our cancellation policy depends on the event type and duration. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the signing of the contract. You may contact us for more information.
We have not required particular vendors. We of course have certain recommendations based on our experience with them. We try to maintain contact with the local vendors and provide their information to you.
We do require that a COI (certificate of insurance) be shown with drone operators and DJ's. We do not allow live bands (the event insurance doesn't cover it). A single performer or very small group for cocktail hour or special performance can be discussed as an option for your event and must be agreed upon with management.
Absolutely! We want your event to be as wonderful as possible and that takes a lot of preparation and planning. We welcome you to make as many trips as needed and only ask that you notify us in advance so that we can be sure we are available. The venue remains locked when we are not present.
We also include a day for photos in your package. If this is something you might want to do please keep in mind that our weekends are typically reserved and this may mean it will either need to be a week day or a possible Sunday if available.
We all love our fur babies and we certainly welcome them to join you in the ceremony. While they are here, they must remain on a leash or in a crate. We ask that you please clean up after them as well.
Neither the Venue insurance nor the event insurance covers your pet while on the premises.
I'm afraid not. Due to insurance purposes we are not allowed to let anyone stay overnight in the venue.
The damage deposit is reserved for the minor things that can happen. The event insurance is more for personal injury, major structural damages, etc.
If the insurance is needed, the damage deposit will then be used for the deductible required.
You certainly can! We will provide large galvanized buckets for disposal as well. We also assist with getting them lit in a timely manner to assure you get beautiful photos!
Unfortunately, we cannot allow fireworks out of respect for our surrounding neighbors.
We have several sets of Cornhole boards and bags. We will be happy to set them out for you just let us know!!
